Mark Fulton is a solo entrepreneur and developer with 27 years of experience building, launching, and running small web businesses. He built SMBDashboard because owners need one fast screen for money, customers, and the week ahead — not another subscription.

Twenty-seven years of building for the web, most of it solo: writing the code, writing the copy, and finding out the hard way which parts of a launch actually matter. That's the perspective the articles on this site are written from — what happened when I shipped something, not what a content brief said should happen.

Where a post makes a factual claim that can be checked — a rate, a standard, a study — it cites the primary source so you can check it rather than take my word for it.
