The service

SMBDashboard is a browser-based dashboard for small businesses. The free tier is provided as-is, without warranty. It is an operational tool, not accounting, tax, or legal advice — confirm important figures with your accountant.

Your data, your backup

Your data is stored in your own browser. Unless you switch on Pro cloud sync, it never reaches our servers, which means we cannot recover it for you: if you clear your browser data without exporting a backup first, it's gone. The Export JSON button in Settings exists for exactly this reason — use it regularly.

Cloud sync

Cloud sync is an optional Pro feature, off until you turn it on. When it's on, a copy of your document is stored on our server under your license key so your other devices can load it. It is a convenience, not a backup service or a guarantee — keep exporting JSON. Your license key is the only credential protecting that copy, so don't share it. Delete the stored copy any time from Settings. The privacy policy describes exactly what is stored.

Pro licenses

SMBDashboard Pro is a paid upgrade — a 6-month plan or a one-time lifetime purchase — that issues a license key. Keys are for use by the purchasing business and its devices — don't publish or resell them. If a purchase goes wrong (charged but no key), email Mark@Reinventing.AI with your Stripe receipt and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, abuse the license API, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
